Directions to Transitions of Boston Clubhouse

Transitions of Boston clubhouse is easily accessible on the MBTA via the following routes:

From Downtown Crossing: At the Downtown Crossing Red Line stop get on the train towards Ashmont and get off at the Fields Corner stop. After getting off, walk east toward Dorchester Ave and then turn right onto Dorchester Ave. It is a two minute walk. 

From Dudley Station: Take the number 19 Fields Corner bus from Dudley Station then get off at the Fields Corner stop and walk about two minutes towards Dorchester Ave. 

Alternatively from Dudley Station: Take the number 23 Ashmont Bus from Dudley Station then get off at the Washington St @ Park St stop and walk about ten minutes on Park St then turn left onto Dorchester Ave. 

Driving Directions

From the North:
Use I-93 S and take exit 15 for Columbia Road toward JFK Library, then turn left onto Columbia Rd. At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto William T Morrissey Blvd. Turn right onto Freeport St., turn left onto Clayton St/Greenwich St., then turn left onto Dorchester Ave. The clubhouse will be on the left.

From the South:
Use I-93 N and take exit 11 to merge onto Granite Ave. Continue onto Adams St, turn left onto Whitten St, then turn right onto Dorchester Ave. The clubhouse will be on the right. 

From the West:
Take I-90 E and use the left 2 lanes to take exit 24 A-B-C for Interstate 93 S toward Quincy and merge onto I-93 S. Take exit 15 from I-93 S. turn left onto Columbia Rd. At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto William T Morrissey Blvd. Turn right onto Freeport St., turn left onto Clayton St/Greenwich St., then turn left onto Dorchester Ave. The clubhouse will be on the left.
